Project Manager Location: Fremont, CA and Dallas, TX Hybrid role
Need candidates to work onsite for 2 days in Fremont, CA or Dallas, TX.   Duration: Contract or contract / contract / contract / temporary to full-time  Ready to full-time asap   5+ years of project management experience leading cross functional initiatives in a hybrid project environment Ability to work effectively in a changing and rapidly growing environment Proven success in providing leadership for project teams by building and motivating team members to meet project goals and milestones Experience negotiating, influencing, and gaining buy-in from executive sponsors, business stakeholder, team members, and peers Team-building skills with technical and non-technical staff Strong experience presenting to executive sponsors and demonstrated communication skills, both written and oral with technical and non-technical staff and all levels of management Demonstrated ability to bring structure to ambiguous environments and work well with people at all levels of the organization Extraordinary business insight with analytical and critical thinking skills A self-starter who is efficient, success driven, adaptable, and a customer-oriented team player Excellent leadership, communication (written, verbal and presentation) and interpersonal skills Experience leading and implementing SaaS platforms is a plus

Requirements

Create project plans understand what you need for testing and discussion and SDLC Work with vendor, business and IT team and own the project Responsible for the project not the team. Work with the resource manager. Handle back to back meetings. SOW, Charter, Project Plans Expert in Smartsheet, Agile and Waterfall Jira-Backlogs, user stories, managing capacity, creating reports and tempo and financial reporting.
