Description

Robert Half Full Time Engagement Program is looking to hire a Construction Accountant that is able to join our organization on a full-time basis and offer benefits to you to include medical, dental, 401(k), vacation and a generous bonus plan that you are qualified for with our non-exempt position. Our Construction clients are seeking the following:

-This Accountant must have 3+ years of proven, construction experience at Bay Area companies or sub-contractors that have worked on an Accounting Team,

-Responsible for working onsite or a hybrid work schedule and working with the day-to-day operations for their Accounting Team,

-Month-end close, posting of journal entries, balance sheet accounts, accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions,

-May be involved with managing the current contracts or new contracts and working with the Project Managers to ensure budgets are properly allocated, add additional funding when needed,

-Able to communicate and collaborate with multiple platforms to include accounting software, Salesforce or a CRM platform,

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting

Software: YARDI Voyager is preferred

Microsoft Excel: Intermediate level to include: Pivot table & VLOOKUP applications
