Robert Half is hiring a Payroll Specialist to join our "Full-time Engagement Professional," consultant team. This full time position is best suited for payroll professionals seeking an opportunity for accelerated career growth. Responsibilities

• Process multi-state payroll for 2,000+ employees on a bi-weekly basis
• Prepare journal entries in relation to payroll
• Perform reconciliations and prepare payroll reports

Requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Accounting, Economics, or Finance
• 4+ years' experience in multi-state payroll processing
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Experience using ADPWFN, Paylocity, or similar payroll processing platforms
