Requirements

-Skilled in understanding business requirements and crafting content as needed i.e. Business requirements documents BRDs process flows business cases gap analysis as is vs. to be documents etc.

-Collaborate with enterprise MA program team business stakeholders and business operational teams to understand business processes goals and gaps.

-Sync with Business Technology development teams and other business analysts in the planning prioritization design development and deployment of new projects system enhancements.

-Maintain in-depth understanding of business functions processes and relationships as it relates to data. Good understanding of Sales Marketing and finance business domain areas

-Document socialize and gain alignment with cross functional teams on key decisions that impact process and business operations

-Conduct data profiling during onboarding of new data to establish baseline and critical metrics

-Experience with Tableau or equivalency to create impactful reports visualizations and interactive dashboards

-Experience in SQL. Must have the ability to write queries across large volumes of data

-Coordinate and perform system testing to ensure requirements are met. Work closely with the project team during user acceptance testing UAT including tracking issues through to resolution and securing end user acceptance sign-off.

-M& A experience would be a plus
