Customer Service Representatives will be interested in Robert Half's new position if they love building solid customer relationships and want to work in the growing Retail industry. This Customer Service Representative job is long-term contract / temporary, and located in Burlingame, California. Candidates who thrive in a dynamic, rapidly-changing call center will be interested in this position.

Your responsibilities

- Retrieve and oversee the sending of written business communications

- Manage and place incoming telephone calls

- Be a part of business development by by actively cross-selling and referring customers

- Provide accurate, friendly customer service in a timely fashion

Requirements

- 2+ years' experience of demonstrated performance in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment preferred

- Ability to interact effectively with internal and external partners and clients/customers

- Supportive, positive attitude with a professional demeanour applied to all tasks

- Demonstrated experience performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries

- Microsoft Office knowledge required

- Excellent customer service and office administrative skills

- Critical thinking, problem solving, ability to work independently

- Comprehensive knowledge of Warehouse Duties

- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly

- Ability to effectively interact, verbally and in writing

- Proficient with computers and technology platforms
