What you get to do every single day

- Assist with maintaining the network infrastructure (Cisco, Juniper, Palo based)

- Support system integrations of SaaS applications

- Tackle complex help desk escalations

- Maintain and monitor AWS

- Offer senior support around multiple operating systems and software like Mac OS and Windows PC as well as JAMF

- Effectively pivot and prioritize tasks in a fast paced work environment

- Build and maintain cloud/ on prem based servers

- Able to maintain and patch systems

Requirements

- Must have solid networking skills within Cisco, Juniper and Palo (75% network heavy role)

- A reliable understanding of Windows, Mac and Linux platforms

- Experience working with cloud based technologies like AWS, MS Office 365, G suite to manage automate and integrate.
