As we continue to expand, we are seeking a skilled Staff Accountant to join our finance team and contribute to our continued success. We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Staff Accountant to support our finance department. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to grow professionally in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

• Prepare and maintain financial records, including general ledger accounts, financial statements, and other reports.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.
• Reconcile bank statements and accounts receivable/payable.
• Analyze financial data and trends to provide insights and recommendations.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and company policies.
• Support external audits as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve efficiencies.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, etc.).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of GAAP and other accounting principles.
