Robert Half is seeking a highly motivated Recruiter to join our team. This role offers a unique blend of remote and on-site work, catering to the needs of our Fortune 500 healthcare clients. As a Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates who meet the specialized requirements of our prestigious clientele.

Responsibilities:

• Attend supplier calls and review job postings to understand staffing needs and requirements for various roles within Fortune 500 healthcare organizations.
• Utilize innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent, including passive candidates, through online channels, networking, social media, and other creative methods.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates’ qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for specific client engagements.
• Met weekly metrics around submissions, client interviews, and job offers.
• Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates for current and future client needs.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Provide exceptional candidate and client experience by delivering timely communication, guidance, and support throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and best practices to continuously enhance recruitment strategies and deliver optimal results.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED Required
• 1+ years of recruiting experience
• Previous VMS or MSP recruiting experience is a plus
• Previous Salesforce ATS experience is a plus
• Ability to work remotely and in office required
