Robert Half Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our team and contribute to our mission.

As a Staff Accountant you will play a vital role in managing financial transactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and supporting the financial well-being of the organization. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
• Reconcile accounts, process invoices, and manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Assist with budget preparation and financial forecasting.
• Monitor and analyze financial data, identifying trends and variances.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare industry regulations and financial best practices.
• Collaborate with internal departments to address financial inquiries and provide support.
• Assist with the preparation of financial statements and audits.
• Participate in special projects and process improvements as required.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.

Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation preferred.

2+ years of accounting experience, preferably in the healthcare industry.

Knowledge of healthcare regulations and financial reporting requirements.

Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
