Description

Robert Half is currently seeking a Technical Lead with expertise in .NET and Azure. This hybrid role, based in Jacksonville, FL, offers a dynamic balance of 50% technical leadership and 50% hands-on development.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Technical Leadership: Guide development teams with your technical acumen. Lead the design, development, and implementation of .NET applications.

·        Azure Mastery: Showcase your deep understanding of Azure's suite of services and technologies. Leverage Azure for creating scalable, efficient solutions.

·        Team Dynamics: Collaborate effectively with both onshore and offshore teams, ensuring smooth communication and workflow. Cultivate a positive team environment and mentor junior members.

·        Communication & Leadership Skills: Utilize your excellent communication skills to liaise with diverse teams and stakeholders. Set the standard for best practices and high-quality output.

·        AWS to Azure Migration Bring your experience in migrating from AWS to Azure to the table. Offer insights and strategies for seamless migrations.

·        Scripting Skills: Demonstrate proficiency in scripting languages like Powershell or Python to automate tasks and enhance processes.

·        Change Management Develop and execute strategies for technology stack changes, ensuring minimal disruption to 

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- A minimum of 10 years of direct .NET development experience.

- At least 5 years in a technical leadership position.

- Strong foundation in Azure cloud services.

- Experience managing offshore development teams.

- Skilled in scripting languages, preferably Powershell or Python.

- Proven track record in planning and implementing technology changes effectively.

- Knowledge of AWS to Azure migration processes.

- Azure technology certifications are an added advantage.
