As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our valued customers. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with inquiries, provide product information, resolve issues, and ensure overall customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries
• Provide accurate information about products/services and assist with purchasing decisions
• Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional and empathetic manner
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, policies, and procedures
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer experiences
