We have partnered with an excellent client in Woodland Hills who is currently seeking a Sales Representative to join their team immediately!

- Understand customer needs and requirements, and recommend appropriate solutions to meet those needs.
- Identify potential leads from clients via inbound and outbound phone calls
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up actions using our CRM system.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers.
- Collaborate with team members and sales managers to continuously improve sales techniques and strategies.
- Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sales process to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and escalate issues as needed to ensure a positive customer experience.
