One month contracts position available!

Robert Half is looking for a bi-lingual Spanish Candidate with strong customer support sills as well as technical support skills. Our client located in San Mateo has a new application that is in high demand. Your job is to assist individuals in getting them set up with the app. You have to have strong technical skills for this role!

Work Hours: 10:00 am through 6:00 pm with 30 minutes of duty free lunch, total 7.5 hours per day

Work Description: This assignment will do some "help desk" kinds of trouble-shooting, also to do outreach to families who have not yet accessed our systems to help them get set up. This doc (under the section entitled, "Parent and Student Outreach") is the main guide for how one helps families with accessing our two main platforms (Aeries and Canvas). This might be helpful as you identify the appropriate temporary person.

Requirements

• Bi-Lingual Spanish

• Technical Background preferred
