Robert Half is working with a local hospital in Burlingame in need of a greeter for one of their departments. NO MEDICAL OR HEALTHCARE EXPERIENCE NEEDED. Great way to get your foot in the door with a well established hospital. You need to be customer service focused, know how to deescalate tense situations, and have a friendly demeanor. That is it! • Welcomes patients into the department
• Entering name on the appropriate registration log
• Copying Insurance cards, and ensuring that patients are registered in the order they entered into the department
• Also functions as a Patient Registration Representative, as needed, to cover for co-workers who are out of the department

Requirements

• Ability to work Monday through Friday 9 - 5 for the next 7 months
• Positive Attitude
• GED or Highschool Diploma
